I think George can be a little cut happy. I really wish he would have kept the scene in at 2:47, where the origins of the Rebel Alliance is basically started. And I also wish he would have kept the scene starting around 8:38 of the video, where Yoda lands in Dagobah. These scenes would have really helped to connect the prequel trilogy with the original trilogy much better. I think I remember George saying that he took those scenes out so it could be even more about Anakin's story. I still wish he would have left those two scenes in.
What is your opinion on these deleted scenes?

I liked the Death of Shaak Ti. I also wished they used the Yoda part in the film, but with the deleted scenes, where the heck is the Clones Dressed as Jedi? Where is the scenes from the ride back from the crashed Flagship. There are pictures, but no scenes.

Cant seem to find them on the web, but they were in the Star Wars insider before Revenge of the Sith came out.
It had a Clone dressed in Jedi robes and had a blaster pointed.

^ Good job. Why would they have a clone dressed up as a jedi anyway? Acting as some type of undercover within the Jedi Order? I don't know.

When Yoda and Obi-Wan return to the Temple, they are tricked by clones who are dressed as Jedi.
