The New Look?

I thought I might try and give it a little fresh new look. Basically what I did was first shrunk the boards width a bit, took out the old PM bar/link and put a new PM bar in below the menu buttons (you can expand it by clicking "View" and see inbox, outbox, and set preference). Also since I shrunk the width of the board, I shrunk the banner just a tad.

What do you all think? Be honest. I'll consider switching back if you all don't care for it.

I like the improved look. But what’s with the advertisement a top do you have to keep it there?

I would take away the adds if I could.

Although I can put in money to take it away for certain periods of time but I'd rather not.
