I didn't care for the way Sidious fought in ROTS vs. Mace and his Jedi gang. Just a bunch of cheap stabs from my point of view, It didn't look like he had much rhythm in that fight. Although I did enjoy the lightsaber fight with Yoda. He does look pretty cool with his old fashioned lightning strike though.
I don't know. It really depends on who these Jedi are. But he did pick apart Mace's companions real quick. So I'll put Palpatine.

Jedi if it is basically all the masters. It looked like he had a little bit of a challenge fighting yoda. I think if there were other jedi masters they could take palpatine.

Well, considering the four masters that went to arrest him more or less went down like b****s, I'd say he shouldn't have much trouble with one more.
