So what was the first comic book, novel, or video game that got you interested in the Expanded Universe? For me, the first time I remember being introduced to the EU was when I bought the book, X-wing: The Krytos Trap. I was about 7 or 8 when I bought it and it was just too complicated and too long for me at that time. The first time I actually got into the EU was when I got the game, Bounty Hunter for Christmas in 2002. It's pretty much the back story of how Jango started to get cloned, to sum it up. Playing that game got me interested and I started my research on the EU from there. I also found that X-Wing book a few months ago and just now started reading at 17.

I was at the library, and saw some Star Wars books, and decided to get one.

My first EU book, which still holds a special place in my heart and on my bookshelf, is The Courtship of Princess Leia. My middle school librarian gave it to me after I checked it out for the third time. Aparently I was the only person to check it out as long as she had been there.

The Knights of the Old Republic Video Games got me into the expanded universe. After that I started reading.
