I could be wrong but if you took this literally wouldn't it be the Death Star I? I noticed you only listed ground based structures...

Actually the death star didn't even compare to this structure. The correct answer to this question is a lot bigger than the death star.

Actually, I'd argue that Imperial City itself (of which five of the options are actually a part) can be considered a single huge structre, in which case it would be the larger than any of the given options (being the size of a planet). Even if you don't consider that a single construction, I'd say the black hole encircling stations that 'mine' subnuclear knots of spacetime for repulsors and ag technology are the largest, although the DS II, at 900km, probably has the most internal volume.

Um... all of the things I listed in my last post are larger (in terms of internal volume, encircled volume and total mass) than the Imperial Palace. In fact, the palace is actually a part of Imperial City.
